Flow Atlas public prototype

Explore the current prototype

A local, interactive view of cytometry populations. Try the generated example below—no data download or account needed.

Current browser

Local WSP/FCS loading, WebGPU gating, SOM and EmbedSOM, with population colours and marker views. This is an exploratory visual prototype, not a host-receipt-backed verification plot.

Separate host backend: agent/MCP tools for immutable inputs, explicit analysis and receipts are delivered, but are not connected to this page.

3,072 generated events · 3 artificial populations · no biological validation.

Or open your own WSP and matching FCS files

You can also drop files or a folder. Selected files stay in your browser and are never uploaded. Large datasets may exceed browser/device memory.

The vision

Agentic cytometry with a collective human verification and discovery layer

Verification: make scientific context and evidence easier for people to check.

Discovery: help people and agents investigate questions together, retaining uncertainty and disagreement.

Planned, not yet implemented Collective and mobile verification, starting with archived-data workflows and working towards a live scientific loop.

Illustrative software, not a clinical tool. No FlowJo parity, biological validation or production-readiness claim.

A small example. A larger direction.

Load the synthetic demo to explore three artificial populations using the existing WebGPU pipeline.
